Utility Rates
Flowing Forward: Yukon's New Utility Rate Structure
The City of Yukon announced changes to its Utility Rate Structure, based on the
Water, Wastewater & Sanitation Cost of Service Study (LINK) performed by
Ryper Water Analytics.
The new rates will take effect and appear on the bills issued for January 2025
(with a due date of January 15, 2025), for usage that occurred in November and December of 2024.

City of Yukon is proud to offer e-billing so you can receive your utility bill by email and go paperless. And by signing up, you save $2 each month on administrative fees!
To get started, visit our customer service portal (LINK) and follow these instructions.
To enroll for e-billing:
- Register for or log into our customer service portal
- Click "Contact Preferences" on the left
- Under "Sign up for e-billing" enter and confirm your email address
- Keep the "Mail paper copy" box unchecked to stop receiving a paper bill
- Click "Update" at the bottom of the page

You may also drop off your payment at the Drop Box located on the west side of Yukon City Hall, next to our drive-through window. Please secure your payment in an envelope and include your payment stub or account number to ensure proper credit.
Bank Draft:
Download an enrollment form (LINK) and return it to us. Your payment will be drafted from your bank account on the 15th, or the following business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or observed holiday. There are no enrollment or transaction fees charged. Customers should continue making payments until "Paid by Draft" appears on their monthly bill.
